Einherjar

In Norse mythology, the Einherjar (Old Norse “lone fighters” ) are those that have died in battle and are brought to Valhalla by Valkyries. (see wikipedia.org – Einherjar. I would like to think of Einherjar in a metaphorical representation in real life as some people who have died to the world to be purely divine and become soldiers of God. Here are some whose life and death I’ve witnessed, whether they have died literally or not.
